Adirondack Jetski Club NPO (4) PWC - Personal Water Craft's Raffle – Rules & Regulations
Purchase support decals for $20 per decal from ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO and you’ll be entered in a drawing to win (1) of (4) PWC's. Entries into ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO raffle are $20 each. Odds of winning are based on the number of raffle decal entries purchased. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am on February 1, 2017 and ends on June 17, 2017 at 2:00 pm. Online entry deadline is June 10, 2017 at noon. All times referenced for this raffle are eastern daylight savings time.
HOW TO ENTER:
There are two ways to enter.
1) Purchase decals online at www.adkjetskiclub.org
2) Purchase decals in person onsite of 2017 Blowsion Northeast John Dady Memorial Rally on June 17th 2017 until 2:00pm.
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older as of February 1, 2017. ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, illegible or mutilated entries. Winner must show proof of a valid driver’s license in order to claim the prize. ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO reserves the right to revoke any prize or remove an entry if the entrant does not meet any or all of the eligibility requirements, or if the entry or winning tickets has been damaged or altered.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on Saturday June 17, 2017 that will take place at The New York State Northampton Campgrounds, Mayfield, NY and results will thereafter be posted on ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO website. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO and will not be returned. Winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or email. If potential winner cannot be reached after 10 days from first notification attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected by random drawing. Adirondack Jetski Club NPO is not responsible for problems occurring within the postal system or the internet that may affect winner’s receipt of the winning notice.

Adirondack Jetski Club NPO reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar or greater value in the unlikely event of the unavailability of the prize.
INDEMNIFICATION & LIMIT ON LIABILITY: As a condition of accepting a prize, winner acknowledges that ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO is not responsible for any harm, injury, or damage caused to any person or property, proximate or otherwise, through the use of any prize by any person, and agrees to save and hold harmless ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO, its principals and members from any claim of such responsibility. “Harm, injury, or damage” includes but is not limited to occurrences beyond the control of Adirondack Jetski Club NPO such as death, bodily injury, property damage, or theft, or for failure of any personal watercraft manufacturer’s or dealership’s warranties.
GENERAL: Ticket purchases are not tax deductible. By entering the raffle, participants agree that ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO, Its agents and members have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the sweepstakes. Prize must be claimed within two months from the date of award. The prize is nontransferable. No substitutions. ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO may use winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation. ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO is not responsible for any failure of communications or failure of the internet or its website. ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO reserves the right to modify these rules and will give prompt announcement of any rule changes. All decisions of ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO are final and binding in all matters related to this raffle.
TAX OBLIGATIONS: All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner, withholding taxes will be collected from winner as applicable. ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO will file an IRS Form 1099 MISC with the Internal Revenue Service reporting the value of the prize as income to the winner and winner will receive form W2G. Winner must show proof of social security number to ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO. This is for tax recording purposes only, and will not be used or released for any other purposes.
RESTRICTIONS: By participating in the ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO drawing, a participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO. The winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release. AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILTY AND LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER: Winner must complete to ADIRONDACK JETSKI CLUB NPO's satisfaction the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form in order to claim the prize.
